He has made a concerted effort to make Diaspark a Niche Technology Services and Solutions provider in select verticals – Media, Publication, Entertainment, Education, Healthcare and Jewelry verticals with special emphasis on creation of quality teams and processes. He inspired mobile team of Diaspark to launch its own products in the Enterprise mobility space. Prior to Diaspark, Vipin was instrumental in creating a $25mn practice for Samsung in 1997 in Bombay, India.

SERVICES IN THE MOBILITY SPACE:
Fixed Bid Model - Fixed price basis wherein Diaspark does a turnkey development of a customer requirement on a fixed price negotiated with a customer based on an agreed SOW.
Time and Material Model is a function of the agreed hourly rate of the resource type and the corresponding efforts of the resource(s) deployed. It includes direct labor hours at specified fixed hourly rates that include wages, overhead, general and administrative expenses.
